ROBERT KHALASTCHY:

Robert has spent the last 20 years in property management working with a diverse range of both commercial and residential properties.

Having spent 10 years as Chairman of one of the largest mansion blocks in Maida Vale he understands the challenges and needs of Residents’ Management Companies and is fully aware of the shortcomings of other property management firms.

His experience on both sides of the fence allows him to create tailored and informed solutions for Sterling Property Management’s clients and to respond with empathy to any problems that may
arise.

HOWARD WEINSTEIN:

Howard has had extensive experience of all aspects of residential block management, having worked in the sector for over 15 years. During this time he has worked for a number of wellknown firms.

His career to date has seen him responsible for the management of a diverse portfolio of properties, ranging from one of only 10 flats to a luxury gated development, throughout Greater London.

Howard’s knowledge, attention to detail and focus on providing excellent customer service make Sterling Property Management the perfect company from whom to seek advice and support in respect of all matters pertaining to property management.
